The work, plainly
What the job is
Representing brands in retail environments across the Columbus area. Starting conversations with shoppers, answering questions, and hitting clear goals — as part of a team that coaches you daily.
What it isn't
A desk job. A script-reading gig. A mystery about how you're measured or paid. If any of those are dealbreakers, this won't be your thing — and that's fine.
What it builds
Communication, resilience, professionalism, and leadership — the skills that transfer everywhere, built faster here because the feedback is immediate and the reps are endless.

What you'll develop
Skills that travel, wherever you go next.
